About Little Bloom Herbs

I’m Caitlin - a Clinical Herbalist and mum of two, supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood, with a naturopath-style approach. My support is balanced and down-to-earth: using medicinal herbs, nourishing food, and lifestyle practices to help you feel calmer, more energised, and more like yourself again.

Little Bloom Herbs is a space for mothers to feel supported and understood. Here you’ll find effective herbal remedies, easy-to-follow nutritional guidance, and an intuitive way to care for yourself and your little ones.

With many years of experience working with children, I also support common infant concerns such as sleep, digestion, immunity, and the everyday challenges that can feel overwhelming in early motherhood. My care is always grounded in safety, and is respectful of each child’s unique needs.

If you’d like to explore how I can support you, you’re welcome to book a free discovery call. It’s a chance for us to connect, talk through your needs, and see if we’re the right fit.

Why I Do This Work

Becoming a mother changed everything for me. After a long fertility journey, I entered pregnancy with a renewed connection to the natural health path I’d been walking for many years.

But even with a background in wellness, I often felt overwhelmed. There was so much advice, yet not enough real support, especially after birth, when everything shifts and mothers are expected to carry on as if nothing has changed.

Little Bloom grew from my own need for care, and from the gaps I witnessed in the way women are supported. It exists to offer something different: balanced care for mothers and their babies - the kind of care that helps you feel truly held in this season of life.
