This package combines an in-depth initial consultation with two follow-up sessions, giving us space to explore your health, adjust your care plan, and prepare for birth and postpartum.
We’ll focus on what matters most to you, from easing pregnancy symptoms and meeting your nutritional needs, to feeling confident and prepared for labour and recovery.
Between appointments, you’ll also have direct message access, so you can reach out if something comes up - no need to wait until your next session.​

This package is designed to give you support as you recover and adjust to life with your new baby.
Across your consultations, we’ll explore your recovery needs, work on restoring energy and supporting mood, and guide you through feeding, sleep, and/or any challenges that arise.
You’ll also have direct message access between appointments, so you never feel like you’re facing it all on your own.​

Ongoing message access (weekdays) for the duration of your package, for questions, updates, and reassurance between sessions.

This package is designed to give you personalised support from pregnancy through to the early months after birth. Your initial consultation allows us to explore your health in depth and create a tailored plan. Follow-up sessions give us time to adjust your care as things change - from easing pregnancy symptoms and preparing for birth, through to supporting recovery, energy, mood, and feeding, after your baby arrives.
You’ll also have direct message access throughout, so you can check in with questions or updates whenever you need to.
